Well, we’ve moved! It’s been a pretty crazy week, since we were cooking in Ypsilanti on Tuesday and cooking at the Food Hub on Friday.  It was quite the whirlwind–we’re almost too tired to feel emotional about moving out of dear 32 E Cross! We miss our Ypsilanti friends and of course our lovely kitchen space, but we’re settling in at the Food Hub and getting to know the community of Food Artisans operating here.  There’s definitely some adjusting, but we’re very excited for the next phase.  We really appreciate all of your support through this transition and look forward to continuing to provide you with outstanding food.

We’re welcoming on board Chef Magdiale Wolmark for this transitional period, and we’ll do a full feature on him in a coming week.  In the mean time, we’re excited to see him putting his stamp on our fan-favorite Strata by introducing a new veggie combo and some deliciously smoky pork belly.  Look forward to some amazing flavors to come!!

Zucchini Corn Strata with Pork Belly – This delicious casserole contrasts a creamy topping with savory Mexican-spiced zucchini and sweet corn and a golden pilaf.  We’re jazzing it up with tender pork belly for the omnivores.  This filling strata is the flavor of summer courtesy of our freezer. 1 lb Serving $12
Potato Leek Soup– Creamy-smooth, this classic soup is hearty and satisfying. Harvest Kitchen-style, we’re using all our favorite local ingredients! Gluten Free.  Pint $7.50
Chickpea Salad with Cumin and Garlic – Tender and toothsome chickpeas pair perfectly with crunchy cumin seeds, freshly grated radishes and carrots, and plenty of garlic and olive oil to lend a rich and savory note. Gluten Free. Pint $8 or Half Pint $5
