Dear customers,

Thanks so much for bearing with us this week while we were experiencing technical issues with our website.  We appreciate your patience and persistence.  We’re aware that there were issues with the site from Sunday through Wednesday morning, and possibly beyond.  Sadly it was outside of our control, and after alerting our website hosting service there was nothing to be done but be patient–which wasn’t easy for us since we knew many of our customers were struggling!  Please know that if at any time in the future you run into challenges with our website or ordering we’re happy to take your calls at 734-395-7782.  Sometimes it’s easier to deal directly with a person rather than struggle with technology!  Note that the phone number is in all of HK’s emails so if you can’t reach our site to look it up, it might be in your inbox.  Alternatively, even when the site down, our contact information should be available through Google or our Facebook page.

From what we understand, our webhosting hardware has actually been upgraded and we’re optimistic that we’ll be seeing better and faster web service on our site in the future.  Fingers crossed! In the mean time, we hope that everyone was able to connect with your food this past week and that we won’t have any issues like this in the future.  Rest assured, the folks at the web hosting service did feel the Wrath of Mary over this situation!

Thanks again for understanding,

Mary and the HK team
